Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me. I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you please provide me with a 48hour notice. This gives me time to accommodate clients placed on my waiting list. In the event 48 hrs is not given a 30% cancelation fee will be charged of the service booked. When 24 hours notice or less is given it will result in an automatic charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services.“No Shows” or same day cancellation you will be charged the full amount of your booked service. Please understand these fees are in place so I may continue to stay in business to serve you and must to be strictly enforced. Lucid Hair Designs sends a courtesy E-mail and/or text reminders. It is your responsibility to know your appointment time. If you are unsure of your appointment time feel free to reach out via text or email or looking on the booking app available. While I understand life can cause you to be late for your appointment, please keep in mind the later you run, the later I will be for my next appointment and every appointment thereafter. Please understand I will do my best to accommodate you for that day. If you think you may be running a few minutes late, send me a quick text or call.
